Lol, I think he means in what order do the parameters for a wiggle expression go:
Wiggle(Frequency, Magnitude)
Or just use the Wiggle rollout.

Thanks for commenting . There were a couple of things which I wanted to do different(that diminishing border scene included), though in the end my motivation to attempting to make the video "perfect" just faded I guess :/
