Reel/Spinning Effect?
This whole... "describing effects accurately" thing. I'm not good at it. The reel-ish effect that's done with the text from 0:29 to 0:34 in this video. Can someone explain to me how to do it with pictures? An explanation on how to speed it up and slow it down would be amazing as well. I haven't seen...
