Fade the clips http://i56.tinypic.com/2ppfy9f.png got to pan and crop of the 2nt clip and have the first keyframe zoomed in like this. http://i55.tinypic.com/34qphtx.png got about 2 frames after the fade and make another keyframe where the clip is back to its norm...

I would suggest using both Sony Vegas and After Effects. but both programs cost and its kinda expensive. xD I don't know any good free programs.
