Aldnoah Zero, Zankyou no Terror and Kiseijuu/Parasyte(ongoing but still such a beast).

Missed this year but all the videos I've seen were really good!! Hope they made everyone as happy as I felt last year when i got mine...This event is the best around here and should never stop!!

That would be Radial blur on Vegas. You just have to control the amount by getting the value to where you think it looks good and after some frames get it down to zero. After that experiment to get what you want.
