Blasphemy! There is always time to make AMV's while behind the desk! It shows your boss creativity and that you can multitask! That or you can get fired like most people and do it at home alone.

Yea I used the 1080p version of the anime. Not sure why, just cause I could, I guess. yea I agree with the Bit Rate. I brought it down and was able to semi reasonable levels. God damn rendering is a nightmare for newbies. Thanks for the advice!
