I'd have to say that I'm at a tie between OUTLAWSTAR, and Gundam Wing (GOOOOOOO DUO!) oh and I like Rayearth too (but only as the manga...the show was ...off)

there should NEVER be a sk8er scene in an anime...thats just frikin weird...bsides, nowadays skaters are mostly just preps who want to be "cool" by skating.
