Trying to get to Deling City, but it's blocked off by soldiers, and apparently the only way to get there is by train, but the train to deling city from...

I want to strobe a clip, very fast and regularly... I can get it fast, but no matter how much I change the Random Strobe Probability, it does it randomly.... am I doing something wrong?

I've seen the OVA, I think. Then there's the OVA 2 (something aout wedding bells and Ohgami leaving?) and the TV Series and a movie, and I think there me might be more. I want to see all of them, but I have no clue as to what order they're to be viewed in, or the names. HELP!
