That's the strange part about it though.... It won't even read them, let alone play them on ANY program!!!

For some odd reason, my DVD rom doesn't like to read a great majority of VCDs that I own. (They're recorded on CD-Rs) Therefore, I can't watch them. Is anyone else having this problem?

Well, the subject says all... I'm looking for a nicely priced External CD-R drive that can be hooked up to a Dell Laptop Inspiron 8200.
