Re: CS5 problems: bars in export video, color during transit
first, change the format to microsoft avi and set the codec to UTvideo (or lagarith). next, change the fps to 23.976 and the aspect to dv1/dv NTSC (.9091) (also, no audio?). alternately, if you go into your sequence settings and change the video preview settings to UTvideo (or lagarith) then check ...

CS5 problems: bars in export video, color during transitions
I'm having two problems with Premiere CS5. If anyone can offer help, I would greatly appreciate it. Google searches have been no help. Black bars in exported video When I work in Premiere, everything is at the same resolution as the source footage (720x480). However, when I export the video, despite...

Re: Black Lagoon Vol 2 Decrypting Problems
It worked! Thank you so much, I was incredibly frustrated. Second DVD of Black Lagoon has been ripped and made into usable footage, the others await.Krisqo wrote:Try downloading RipIt4Me. You need DVD Decryptor to use it. Helped me rip those tough DVDs.

Re: Black Lagoon Vol 2 Decrypting Problems
I did check to see if the disc was dirty, yes; unfortunately that wasn't the problem. This is something that comes up with all the Black Lagoon DVDs except the very first one, which ripped without a problem. The others either crash SmartRipper or can't be read by it. With DVD Fab, no matter how much...

Re: Black Lagoon Vol 2 Decrypting Problems
May I ask what you did to make DVD Fab work? I've been trying to rip the second disc with it since yesterday, and no matter what I do or how much or how little I try to rip (just need one episode!), it gets an error halfway through. If there's a certain option setting that works for you or something...

Oh! My Goddess movie + VAST's "You" = Atmosferia
[vidid=151668] pasting from what I said in the video's entry, since I said it better there: Originally, I'd planned for this to be a more surreal, more visual-oriented video... if that last part makes any sense. But, when I found that I couldn't submit two videos for the same category at the D*C con...

hmmm.... thank you for your thoughts on this, I really appreciate you taking the time to watch it and write all that out. I'm not entirely sure how to respond - I think it's one of those things where I know what I was trying for, so that's what I see, and someone else's views on the vid will natural...

FLCL: "Neither" - DragonCon 2007 winner, 1st place
[vidid=150102] the description says it all (and is rather long-winded), but the shortish version goes like this: this video focuses on how screwed-up and depressing FLCL can really be. hope you enjoy it. much thanks to whomever was responsible for it winning at DragonCon. *bows humbly* if you saw it...
