I had the same problem last night. I kept on re-ripping and chopping up and searching, but never found one mpg file. It took me hours until I gave up. I had almost given up trying to find the extractor as well, since all the links were dead. During a last-ditch effort I found it though, and I forgot...

I registered just to thank Castor for that informative post, because I was clawing my brains out after trying the same stuff Bushido did. I just successfully made the image, here's hoping the rest works. Thanks again!
