Hang the DJ
I'm just thinking about an AMV to the Song "Hang the DJ" by Fury in the Slaughterhouse. Therefore I need Animes with the following Settings: Anime 1/Settting 1 (multiple Animes matching to the Setting): Disco - People doing stupid movements (a.k.a. Dancing) - A DJ - The turntable where the DJ is doi...

Any more? These have been really helpful to me. I'm looking especially for instrumental peices if anyone has some more suggestions. Instrumental and depressing, I think you sould look to classic music first. Moonlight sonata was already mentioned. If you don't look for classic music, maybe also som...

Hm depending on which style, which language and how depressing the song should be... You already have got some good suggestion from Rock and Heavy Metal. Not to forget Nightwish, especially the last two songs from their new Album Once could fit. Okay, I don't know what "Kuolema Tekee Taiteijijan" me...

terratec has some nice high quality sound cards for professionals: www.terratec.com Terratec is the greatest shit I've ever seen, any card they sell is full of bugs, the biggest bugs are fixed with a driver update and then they build a new model, discontinue the old one and don't update the drivers...

Experience with E-Mu (Creative Professional) Audio Cards
I'm looking for the ultimate Audio Card. It should have: At least 7.1 analog output (better: 8 independent, software-patchable outputs), very high quality. Consumer Level is enough, Balanced Audio not neccesary but better. At least Stereo analog input, very high quality, with RIAA Phono Preamp. Also...

There was a scene in Slayers, about episode 5+/-2 when Lina was pulled under water by a fishy creature with arms and legs (and nearly drowns before roasting this creature with the dragon slave) And something later in the series (forgot if this was Slayers or already Slayers Next or Slayers Try) they...

Ever done a "video cover version"
While thinking about my Saber Rider music videos and what video could be sung by Nemesis (a very important person in this series - the leader of the bad ones - who does nothing but running around, sitting on his throne and telling everybode that he is bored) I saw the Depeche Mode Video "Enjoy the s...

There are some Boxes that can convert analog video to USB... but Kids don't try this at home ;-) You will get MPEG2-Videos, so you have heavy losses due to compression and MPEG is not suitable for editing. The better ones should be Pinnacle MovieBox or Dazzle DVC-150, but a good DV-Converter connect...
