ya ok wouldnt it be wiser to just wait till 12x burners with dvd9 suport come out ? There are some very nice DVD burners coming out with dual layer recording. Also really check to see if something is eating up your CPU usage. Goto the task manager (ctrl+alt+delete) and click on the Processes tab. If there's something using an unusally large amount of cpu close it and see if that helps. Has it only happened recently or have you always been getting bad lag?
