So if it's at lunch time do you mean 12pm then? I'd hate to send my request at midnight only to find out that it's been rejected because I sent it too early. Well, I'm not him, but I am european. 12:00 means 12 hours into the day. If this is am or pm is not clear to someone who doesn't use the am-p...

i personally dont see why ANYONE would bitch about this. I don't see myself as exactly bitching.. Anyway, yes, for people who actually still remember the org, no problem with 7 days, even if I still think you should strive to minimize the hassle. But my other point is there are probably a few that ...

The best way to have the video always available is by using the Donut. External links should be for backup locations if the Donut bandwidth is overloaded for some reason. The likelyhood of someone correcting a link after a week of being down is not so good. An email will be sent to the video creato...

Re: Last Link Check Info Displayed
I'm not sure 7 days is enough. Sometimes one can shut down their servers for weeks because they're on holliday... I think one month would be better ? I'm sure 7 days isn't enough, if "remove" means "remove from db". If it means "hide on site", then 7 days might be fine, but it should stay in the DB...

I also use mplayer-win32 for those pesky proprietary formats Given the suffix, I assume this is not "media player", but actually <a href="http://www.mplayerhq.hu/">mplayer</a>. And therefore, I'll say "Yay!". (Does it work well under windows?) I use mplayer almost exclusively. (Under FreeBSD) Close...

I just tried this resuming script with wget, with slightly mixed results. First, I put the relevant cookies in ~/.wget_amv_cookies, found a video on the new downloads list, clicked the local download, clicked stop, swore over the fact that I now didn't get to see the link (javascript gets stoped too...

Re: Downloading the AMV's
Why do only half of the contest downloads work? The download on the left-side always downloads correctly, while the one on the right-side can not be downloaded at-all. What's the deal? The nesting of DIVs is incorrect. WhereNext, set z-index to something big on the DIVs with the picture, something ...

Ohh, I'll be annoying too! =) Yep, one of the many bonuses of donating: search by local download. :-) The thing is, when you search, you don't care why a video is downloadable, you just care that it is. So you select downloadable as a search criteria. But, this doesn't work, because things that are ...

Oh and when people vote... Shouldn't they be voting for each round after watching each of the videos? :? I think so.. I would prefer a voting system that only accepts complete votes (for all videos). If you (WN) don't have the ability to make a web based version of this I would recommend voting by ...

well, this was my first ever attempt at a website, and i plan on redoing it after the contest is over. So in the meantime, i am sorry if the font size is a problem for you. It's not the font size per see, it's the fact that the layout is too fixed, and doesn't adapt to the font size. Less "clever" ...
