WMM2 opening slow

It seems this computer is trying to do everything to make me not make this AMV, first was the problem with virtual dub(I got around that) now this. When I open up WMM2 everything seems fine but when I'm trying to open up a recent project it takes forever to open up, I'm talking about 30 mins or more...

I don't know if it'll help but same thing happen to me before. If you can try logging on to someones elses name(if your using XP) than open it up from there. When I did that I found out that one of my clips wasn't in the specific folder although it said that it was one mine so I replaced it and ever...

Well I tried using those two but everytime I do everything just slows down and the clip barely works.

See everything was working fine. I try using subless scenes unless I really needed it for my amv. I cropped about 3 scenes everythings going great then I needed to crop another scene. I understand it now. The virtue dub i had didn't have a filter setting. But i got that cleared up but now how come when i save a clip it's 129mb big and this is just a 7 sec clip. Now imagine if i wanted to save the entire episode. Can someone help me out.
