For me would have to be Chobits, it does an exceptional job of taking a serious look at love and examining the thin line between what is real and what is fake, with nonstop laughs along the way

hmm i would have to go with chobits :D if you haven't seen it already, something about human computers, mixed with a romance and alot of comedy. that just makes me keep watching but it's up to you to look around for the one you like. other picks are: Ai yori Aoshi FLCL Hana Yori Dango Hellsing NieA ...
