Otakon has released pre-reg info for Otakon 2003

I'm going to get a $35 check from my mother so I can send it in to be pre-regged for Otakon 2003.

For Staff Members, staffing will have sections that people can select, there's a limit of the number of people that we can accept for the sections. Uhh, I dont think this is true since to my knowlage .Hack hasnt even been picked up by an american distributor yet, so I dont think its gonna be ready to be on CN in less than a month, but who knows, maybe the news just got past me. I'd recommend you do it in late spring/early summer. Otakon dominates late summer, then there's Anime USA in late fall, and Katsucon in February. Even so, you'll be facing some stiff competition, since there are a LOT of cons in the late spring/early summer time frame. We have plans of starting it ...

There's a newer version of Windows Movie Maker that's available for download from Microsoft's website. Try downloading that new version and see if that corrects the problems.
