How about the group "bond"? They do all instrumental music (sometimes w/ people in the background, but it's all background stuff.) They're technically classical pop, but they're much more than that. I highly recommend any of their albums, (I've got 3 out of 4!) but I like their first, Born, the best...

It's about a guy who was an assassin years ago and is constantly haunted by his past (Kenshin), and is deeply loved by a woman who is willing to overlook who he was in the past because she loves who he is now. "sessha" is what Himura Kenshin calls himself in the Rurouni Kenshin manga. Roughly translated, it means something like "this [clumsy, unworthy] one". When a person calls themselves that, it shows that the person is humble, and it is a form of respectful speech towards others. I like to use "sessha"...
