i was going to make a tool one a while ago but i couldnt think of a good song to put to a good anime so i gave up on the idea but if someone can make a good one ill be happy

I have to get a new AMD 1900+ so now im on a tight budget but i was wondering if the Belkin VideoBus II was any good or if i should just buy a standard video input card?
