Fixed! I was encoding at 30(ish) but the framerate on my source was 24(ish). Thanks a lot, guys.

Could very well be. I've tried it on standard NTSC and PAL, but nothing else. I'm fairly incompetent: Any idea how I find out what my source framerate is? ;)
