I haven't figured out how use Premiere 6.0 yet, but I downloaded mine instead of paying. if you want it, why not just do that instead?

I'm almost in the same boat as you, only I cant download service pack 2 because of crappy AOL. Don't worry, I feel you. If you want, I can give the url for where I got Adobe Premiere. (Downloaded it on bittorrent) I haven't figured out how to use it yet, but the program looks great.
