We (me and teh Demented) have already said SEVERAL times that there is to be reasons for the person to be nominated. Not just "they are a bitch" but a reason....

like half the people mentioned arent even black Most of them are either tanned, dark skinned (yeah they exist and arnt black) people, indian (as in teh country, not native american indian kinda indians) etc.....
