JVC hard disk camcorder trouble
ok, i have one of those newfangled hard disk drive camcorders, and i want to edit some of the footage in premiere. however, the movie files are in a .MOD format which i have never seen before. I can get them to play quite easily by changing the extension to .avi, but they won't import into premiere ...

using those tools (not sure what you mean by color adjustments and levels btw), is it possible to make it seem like the light is moving in the background?? Is there anyway I can create the effect where it appears as though light is shining through from behind the text without after effects??
