My number one choice is definitely the english voice actress for Chi in Chobits. The english voice actress cannot compare with Rei Tanaka(the Japanese voice actress for Chi). Although she may say "Chi!" right every-so-often, she massacres the original cuteness for Chi.

Maybe try classically inspired bands, like Savatage and Stratovarius. They are both metal bands, but their instrumental songs are heavily inspired by classical music.
