im keeping opera... i also take back what i said about firefox, i bet it was because of the no login that caused it to do the same thing.

before i never logged in before i resumed. this time i will. i have opera on auto login but not my regular IE. i didnt do that to opera or never thought of it because im afraid its like a password stealer or maybe a dialer or something....but i have no choise.. i want this AMV!!! for the love of hec...

ok, i made the explorer in the Opera to "remember password" so it logs me in automaticly. will that work? is that what you mean?

how do i make sure im logged in? do i just open explorer and log in and then click resume? im a little concerned about how the dl manager's addresss will reconize im logged in?

about 99.9 % of the time i click on stop and then resume, opera just gives me a 90kb version of the file i was downloading. Why is it everytime i say stop/pause download and then resume, it stops completely like firefox did and give me a 90kb file!?

Today, ive wasted almost 8 hours on Firefox. My first attempt, i pushed pause, and d/c. upon returning i clicked resumed and the download box disappears and gave me only 50% of the file that i did download and called it done. second try my internet provider dc me at 96%. i reconnected and hit retry ...
