The song doesn't sound familiar with any Ghibli movie I've seen. Based on the lyrics perhaps From Up on Poppy Hill? I haven't seen this one so I don't know if the song came from it. Other possibilities would be Ponyo and Whispering Hills. Only due to the lyrics. However I've seen both of these and ...
