I'm still a bit confused. if our video already includes credits, and it is a digital submission, how is it that it would need 15 seconds of blank space. for example, an average one of my amvs will already have 5 or so seconds of credits at the end. wouldn't adding another 15 seconds of black screen...

Yeah, it was all right. ^_^ Hey! the quality of the Footage wasn't DVD Quality- But it was pretty close. The rules state that the digital submissions must "use a standard format that can be played on a windows based operation system." Does this include MPEG-2 or HuffYUV? Those are the two formats I make all my con-quality copies in, and I'd like to know if I'll need to convert to another format before...
