Well, there seems to be a lot of variety in what to do with the files. I think i might just keep my all the files except the huge source ones, that way if I ever get the sudden urge to have to change the video I should be able to redo the source footage fairly easily.

I just finished my first major AMV and want to start working on the next one but I'm not sure what files to get rid of.
