Hi all... so I went home, opened the project in Premiere Pro (instead of Premiere 6), and it worked! It exported, and everything was great.

Thanks for the suggestion Sereenie, but no, that's not it. I actually did export the whole thing, and everything is black except the parts which were from the digital camera. So I have a 10 minute video, with full audio, and there would be 5 minutes of blackness, followed by 1 minute of actual video...
