Count me out - I can't get WMM to behave well enough.

Hope you get plenty of good entries.

Note to self - for future reference, 2 gig files are much easier for WMM to handle than 24 gig files.

Also, got the PM. Thanks.

using uncompressed footage?

use huffy or lag, dude :|
I decided to use Lupin III: CoC, and after ripping the whole movie and compressing with Huffy, it was going to be over 35 gig. So I went to lag, and it's only 25gig. Only. :( I think I need a bigger harddrive.

Finally got my source footage ripped. Man, I need to get a second or larger harddrive. 25 gigs for 1 movie, and I didn't even use Huffy. Now I just need to watch the movie again so I can pick my primary scenes. Still have 2 weeks. Plenty of time, plenty of time. :lol:

Gotcha. Odds are, just not many people have noticed the contest. (I wonder how many active editors there are in the forums?) Either that, or most of the people limited to WMM (us poor people) have already given up on making amvs. :( I only began seriously considering making vids when I finally got a...

If you're still taking entries, I gots me a question to asks. You have a minimum time length in mind? Because I know of a nifty little 94 second song I'm considering, but if that's too short, I can always combined it with another song, or figure out some techno remixing stuff. Also, spoilers ok? I'v...

http://search.express.ebay.com/Collectibles_Animation-Anime_Japanese-Anime_W0QQProductType42be380bZFigurines3cd27594 Hope that helps.. Thanks, I'll look at em, though in general, I'm disinclined to do the ebay route, as some may be used, and in general, most look to be $3+ for 1 figurine. A more co...

I'm looking for places to buy anime figurines (small ones)

(Apologies if we're not supposed to post this kind of thing - I'm not a regular poster, but didn't see this kind of thing in the FAQ.) Along with anime and frolf and sports and a bunch of other time wasters, one of my many hobbies is collecting small plastic figurines. Can anyone tell me some websit...

Hmm, well, I've checked and I've been initiated into the "It was too good to be true" group of anime buyers. The description had looked plenty legit, but the dvd looked a bit suspect when I got it, and its from one of the "companies" listed as pirates. Shame on me. And what's annoying is if I had re...
