If you didn't encode a 1st pass ("2-pass (first pass)" mode) and set it to save the stats file in that directory, you won't have one there. I am confused. 8-) And now I understand. It works now. All I needed to do was encode a 1st pass once before I could you the 2pass.. becouse it needed the video...
