My 10 yr. old brother would be either Sora (from Kingdom Hearts) or Tidus (from FFX) - though they look alike anyway.

Sephiroth is THE villian,

Vegeta gets the sympathy vote,

and I can't write this without mentioning Darth Vader and Greyskull - those guys were great and they had the best villian death scenes.
