turn off any firewalls that you have while uploading this includes programs like peerprotect if this doesn't work, you may want to try enabling passive mode too (usually an option in the settings or preferences) I know to never have firewalls and especially Norton on when uploading anything, passiv...

HELP!! The site refuses my upload
Ok I'm trying to upload a new AMV but when I try to connet it says the target machine actively refused it and I've tried this on 6 different FTP clients, and this is not my first time uploading an AMV. This all started when my CuteFTP expired and I switched to different FTP client

Ripping DVDs that you already own is usually easier than trying to search out stuff you need online, as well. I don't need to waste my bandwidth pulling down huge files if I can rip them locally and usually get better quality. Even the one vid I've done with a source that's legally available online...

Does anyone really do that? most people just download a MPEG, DivX, AVI, MOV, or WMV file of the anime on a P2P Client such as Ares, Kazaa, Warez, Morphius, Lime Wire, and Shirizza WHICH IS COMPLETELY LEGAL.
