Gundam Seed isn't bad, but in the means of plot and character Development, Turn A and Zeta beat it. V Gundam ain't that bad either if a little dark. ermm... I haven't seen any anime of such, but Xenogears is that way. I've played it and it's hard to figure out who's the real antagonist, who's playing who for fools, and what the heck is going on. It's quite fun. I personally believe that this confusion emplaces an underlying sense of mystery. But...
