You seem to suffer from a common problem of knowing a few advanced techniques, but your basics are screwed up. Firstly, elmimate ALL subtitles. Use a cropping tool. Secondly, either use higher-quality eps or encode it in a better quality. Don't use audio + video from the same anime, it's just not so...
