Taught myself first with a shareware version of Honestech MPEG editor (which isn't that great), then got Adobe Premiere, learned to use that (just as easy and so much better).

My sister-in-law works at a local roller rink and she asked if she could grab a few of my amvs. I took them to her and she played some of them on a big screen at the rink. Just gotta say that is the coolest thing in the world...watching lil teenagers ooh and ahh at amvs...especially ones I made! Heh...

Umm, it's weird. I'm in an old broken computer chair with no back.
I sit Indian style (crossed legs up on the chair) and headphones.
Always edit with headphones.
I've made quite a few videos now...still pretty new at it... and no comments from anyone, so I don't know if the headphones help
