I ripped a DVD using Handbrake (http://www.handbrake.fr) in a rather high setting. When I play it in Quicktime, etc., it works fine by Final Cut is having trouble handling such a large file. Any suggestions on how to make it more manageable?

I uploaded and confirmed my upload yesterday. It falls within the parameters. However, the video hasn't been listed in my profile and in "edit my profile" it says no download of the AMV is available.

When I first received my laptop, the picture was gorgeous. Now I'm seeing strange blues and reds mixed into the AMVs I watch, and on the screen regularly. I have good computer skills, but not withe video programs. Ulead and Adobe seem to be the best options...
