Help in After Effects

I was wondering if After Effects has the effect to take a normal clip and play it in reverse? If so, where would it be located in the program to do such a technique?

Use Virtualdub. It's the easiest way to convert .VOB to MPEG or AVI that's readable for most video editting software.

I don't know if Virtualdub can be used for Macs, but that's normally a good program to use to cut down episodes.
