The first anime movie I ever saw was Spirited Away (bought it for my daughter and ended up liking it myself), first series I got into was Inuyasha.

I cried during the last several eps of Wolf's Rain, during Grave of the Fireflies, and I feel like a total dork for admitting this, but I cried like a huge sissy during a scene in the second Inuyasha movie

I really wish I would have read a thread like this sooner. I'm 100% sure now that some dvds I bought recently are bootlegs Feeling a bit stupid now. At least now I know, and won't be making that mistake again.
