Yeah - it was This is Otakudom - but I am not very hopeful on that one. The official site says that the only way it has been distributed has been physically on vhs, vcd, and... some other way... but you get the point.

Thanks - I was sort of hoping that I could just use VirtualDubMod to directly fix it, but I guess this just means that I'm going to have to learn some more about AviSynth.
