Well I would suggest "welcome to the fold" by Filter. The main chorus to that is "everything is A O KAY!!!" and it had a great rock beat.

Yeeesh, that long list of metal music is crazy. I have never heard of barnyard metal, but once again, I say that Metallica is the speed thrash metal that might have started it all. And the AMV's that people make out of Metallica's music, fits the songs exactly. I thank you all who made those AMV's. ...

Well, I don't really know about techno rock, but I think "crawling in the dark" by Hoobastank is good.

I agree, "die, die, die, my darlin" from Metallica would suit quite well. Another would go well for anybody would be from Korn "shut up, shut up, shut up or I'll F.... you up".

My favorite kind of music is Rock. I mostly like Metallica. That's the band that has improved Heavy Metal. YEAH!
