Yes it is Animated, lol, No worries. Do you know how i can down the quality "WITHOUT" like making smaller text and images. I want to keep the Image as it, but lower the quality a bit ya know?

I was wondering if someone Knew the trick to getting a GIF Image compressed to under 21k?? Lol. I use Adobe PhotoShop Cs3, but i am not used to working with Gifs. I have tried many time to get this damn file below 21k, about the lowest i can get it is 29k... (._.) lol. So yeah if there is a compress...
