I'm looking for a program that can convert almost anything, including video files into MP3.
My brother used to have a good one that also did batch conversions, but he can't remember that name. I remember getting some videos and it would convert them into MP3.

Specific Questions for ripping dvds that are Not Copyrighted
I have a dvd that I just transferred from a VHS I had so it's not copyrighted. I want to rip it onto my PC and I've never done this before. There's a tutorial here on the AMV site, but I don't know if it's outdated because it seems DVD Decrypter is no longer available for download. I'm wondering if ...

Please Save My earth (reincarnations) Manga Question
Because of a couple of AMVs I saw, I got interested in this anime. Is it called "Please Save My Earth" or "Reincarnations"?. I found a site that had some info and I couldn't help myself and read the spoilers. I know that the ending in the Anime is confusing and I couldn't find spoilers for the last ...

AC3s are like that. They'll sound just fine on a television, because the DVD player should perform automatic normalization. TMPGEnc DVD author has no problems with AC3, I have no clue about WAV because I've never used it. But yes, that's it. **** Final Update*** I'm glad I asked. They really do sav...

***UpDate********* I converted my videos to MPEG2 with TMPGenc and it also seperated the audio in a WAV format. I took the audios and converted to AC3. I know AC3 is suppose to save a lot more space than Wav, but the volume is low and I don't think it sounds as good as the Wav. I'm still debating wh...

TMPGenc Questions, Please Help
At first I wanted to make a SVCD of my AMVs. But now I'm thinking of making a DVD. The dvd burner and dvd+r belong to my brother and he'll get very mad if I mess them up with my trial and errors. So I'm trying to get informed as much as possible. I'll hopefully buy another set of dvds for my bro lat...

352x240 is the format for a VCD. For SVCD it's 480x480. Thanks Keeper for clearing that up. I forgot to ask, some of the videos are not a "square" size. They are "widescreen/anamorphic" size. I'm assuming that I should use something other than 480X480 for svcd in that case. Does anyone one the spec...
