Judges Best of Show: Extraordinary World Directed to all those folks *cough* cataclysm *cough* who thought I was all washed up and couldn't make a decent video anymore... EAT ME well... it was picked by the judges and from what i can see none of the judges' picks matched up with the viewers' picks....

I would seriously suggest using a compression method that isnt 3 years old.
well, you can replace nandub with virtuadub and divx with xvid. same question applies.

But he WONT have to drop the bitrate to keep the size the same! The bitrate DIRECTLY effects the size of the file. If he has to set the bitrate to say, 1200kbps in order to get a 50mb file, it doesnt matter if he encodes at 29.97 fps, 23.976fps, or 120fps! They all require the same bitrate to achie...

ok. let me clarify what i was trying to say. say i encode a video at 29.97 fps and it ends up being 50 megs. i want to know if people would prefer the 29.97 fps 50 meg encode or a 50 meg video encoded at 23.976 fps with an upped bitrate so that the quality is better.
