well, you can replace nandub with virtuadub and divx with xvid. same question applies.

If he has to set the bitrate to say, 1200kbps in order to get a 50mb file, it doesnt matter if he encodes at 29.97 fps, 23.976fps, or 120fps! They all require the same bitrate to achie...

ok. let me clarify what i was trying to say. say i encode a video at 29.97 fps and it ends up being 50 megs. i want to know if people would prefer the 29.97 fps 50 meg encode or a 50 meg video encoded at 23.976 fps with an upped bitrate so that the quality is better.
