Errr, try selecting all the clips, going to clips in your menu, video options, field options or something like that, and uncheck deinterlace when below 100%. That fixed my quality issues.

Screen Capture

I'm familiar with the tools on the PC to capture a still shot of a window or your entire monitor, but is there any way to capture a video from a window? Like, for example, to take a window that you have something playing in and make an AVI or something out of it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Export in HuffYUV or uncompressed RGB. Then use TMPGEnc or VirtualDub to compress it to around 20-80 MB, depending on your settings.
