Very sad news. Never knew him personally but certainly knew of him. I really hope his family knows how much of a positive influence he was for so many people.
My condolences.

I installed Foobar2000, looks awesome, but then I found out it doesn't to like XviD very much. Which is what I am stuck with since the file is in Xvid. All I need to do now is separate the audio from the video then I am set. Can't import into an editor to separate the audio. When I used Virtua...

Forgot to mention something since I was in a hurry to shower so I could go out. I used VirtualDub and Huffyuv. Horrible things would happen when I try to compress with the audio. I did make a 55gig file *video only.* I would really like to have the audio as well I need it for what I am going to be w...

The video is XviD Mpeg-4 *which I do have.* But the audio is in ATSC/A-52 Dolby AC3 which I do not have. I assume that this is the missing codec needed t...

Your only hope is to reformat most stores give uber student discounts if you have a high school/college ID. Next I would open the case and check to see if all the wires are properly connected and make sure nothing is lose. Yes a lose connection to your gpu can cause that. Personally I wouldn't even ...

Bah this isn't something to worry about. No one would ever crack down on it. If anything specific anime titles get a good free promo set out for them just because of amvs. Even if you charged money for people to watch your amv it would never make enough money for creators to get angry at you. But ye...

We're too busy debating sub vs. dub and dragonball vs. naruto to worry about pc vs. mac. :) I think french & fan dbz dubs are the best out there... But either way macs have the uber advantages for video/audio editing. and a hefty price tag for a workstation ($10,000-$20,000). O.K. Now that is just ...
