Re: Mcafee has you red flagged

The bad part for me is that my work is logging that I'm choosing to visit a website that has a "known threat". That looks somewhat irresponsible on my part and calls attention to my web surfing habbits at work. That's not really a good thing for me. Its not blocked by it per say, but it is logging t...

Mcafee has you red flagged

Mcafee Site Advisor has your site flagged as distributing a trojan within the file AMVapp1_02b.exe.

Not sure if this is a false positive or if its true. Might want to double check that.

Re: Video Footage Gankage - How should one react?

I do not think such an act is fundamentally different from me using video off a DVD or whatnot and transforming it to fit my needs That's kinda where I'm coming from on this one too. I kinda want to be angry but can't be cause I'd feel like a complete hypocrit. =P Still... if someone's going to bor...

Video Footage Gankage - How should one react?

I've seen a lot of people take a video I made and rebrand it as their own. That's pretty common stuff and I go after people who do that. I don't like others taking credit for my vid. But have any of you found videos out there where you just KNOW someone stole your edits to make thier AMV with a diff...

I liked this video because it was a tribute to something greater than the anime. That made it a unique enough concept. I found the video to be somewhat repetative (only so much airboxing can hold my attention) and while I was watching it I lost interest in the video itself and my attention turned to...

Before there was a golden doughnut... or an a-m-v.org...

I was hosting my own videos on my own website... but before that...

They were on Omar's FTP server... but before that...

They were hosted on what was commonly called "Hawaii's FTP server".

That was 10 years ago. Seems like a long time.

I have a question about the remaster policy. What about previous opinions? Each one rates the 'video' and 'audio' quality of the AMV. These opinions would be measuring against the previous available download, not the higher quality (hopefully) remaster. I am asking cause I finally got around to rema...
