Heya, Sorry for the inconvenience...I recently started making my AMVs using NeroVision 4, part of NeroEssentials 7 software package. I uploaded four onto the site. Unfortunately, anyone downloading these videos has likely been unable to view them. It took me some time to discover that the .mp4 files...

I'm trying to confirm a video I uploaded, and I get:

So, here it is. Um, what do I do now?
