Just getting that problem myself. I canceled and tried again a couple of times. It's still not working.
Am I doing something wrong, or is the site just not working?

I've tried ripping every single VOB file-- including the ones that the program normally doesn't bother to include. I've also looked at the contents of the disk-- and for some reason, they're not showing up. Any other ideas?

Hi. I have a slight problem. I've ripped my DVDs to my computer, however the 'extras' sections (ie. credit animation without the credits over it) does not seem to be ripped with the rest of the footage. I'm using SmartRipper to rip, and I've been tinkering with the settings to see if that would help...
