I'm an idiot.

While working on a collaboration video with another AMVer here at the ORG, we wondered how we were going to post our video. We both knew of the collaboration part of the Video Info panel so to test out how that worked, I added her as a collaborator on another of my solo AMVs and she accepted it to s...

Vegas 6.0 Clip Issue

I'm having a quality issue with my Vegas 6.0. When I open up my episodes in the Trimmer, some parts of them are super distorted and crazy looking and when I select the parts and go to put it on the timeline, they are still distorted. When I watch the clips in Real Player or Windows Media Player, the...

Saving AMV as a AVI file

I'm almost finished with my newest AMV and it is the first time I have ever used Song Vegas 6.0

When I looked at the options to save and chose .avi, it said my estimated final file size would be 750 MB for a 3:25 song.

Yikes!

Is there something I can do to bring this size down significantly?

Sorry for wasting everyone's time.

My WMM is fine. It was just hating my converted files. I converted to huffyuv and it is perfectly fine.

I'm so non-tech savvy, I really am sorry.

Nope, that didn't work either.

No matter why type of file extention, .avi or .wmv, my WMM still gets and error and I have to close it.

True, but I installed AMVapp without huffyuv, ffdshow, and xvid and I still had the same problem.

I'll try huffyuv but I'm worried about the big files. My computer isn't as free and speedy as it used to be.

I don't think the ffdshow is the problem because I uninstalled it.

I'm going to try converting my files to MPEG or WMV and see if that makes WMM happy.
