I just can't figure out how to fix this, maybe you guys can help. Okay, fo some reason the video in the timeline is coming out very freezy, laggy, as if it was a poor frame rate. It doesnt do this when I play the original source, the mpeg. its smooth and fine. it stays laggy if I render it, it stays...
